The Secretariat of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (DPESS) administratively supports the Department in its duties derived from the current institutional framework. It provides administrative and secretarial support and handles all matters related to the Department’s operations.
The Secretariat serves students on days and hours posted on the Department’s website and notice board. The Secretariat strictly adheres to the legislation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (Law 4624/2019 “Hellenic Data Protection Authority”).
Certificate requests are submitted only through the e-Secretariat platform (Universis) (https://students.duth.gr). Through the same platform, students can monitor their academic records and progress. Applications can also be submitted electronically via Citizens’ Service Centers (KEP).
The Department’s Secretariat issues the following certificates:
- Certificate of enrollment, confirming that the student is currently enrolled.
- Official transcript of records, showing the student’s academic performance in completed courses.
- Certificate of completion of studies, for students who have fulfilled all graduation requirements but have not yet received their degree.
- Copies of degree certificates and other relevant documents for graduates (e.g., withdrawal certificates).
